Celebrate La Veta’s origins on the grounds of Francisco Fort Plaza. The day begins with a pancake breakfast fundraiser followed by a full day of music, performances, presentations, and family fun. Food vendors plus arts and crafts. Our campus includes an 1862 adobe fort, two blacksmith shops, a mining exhibit. An 1876 one-room schoolhouse and more!
