In December of 2023 he was inducted into the Arizona Blues Hall Of Fame for the class of 2024. He’s a past winner of the Stefan George Memorial Songwriting Competition\, has been tapped for the prestigious Songwriter’s Showcase produced by Tempe Center for the Arts\, filmed for PBS distribution\, and has been a featured performer multiple years running at the DrippingSprings (TX) Songwriters Festival.\nEric’s live performances are captivating\, entertaining and accessible\, and he’s a favorite on the Blues and Folk Festival circuits not only for his dynamic performances but for his workshops on slide guitar techniques and tricks.\nHe lives in the Phoenix area with his long-suffering and patient wife\, three kids\, four (yes\, four\, to date) dogs of indeterminate pedigree\, and can often be found in the garage\, where his family prefer he practice. Trust us\, this is an event you don’t want to miss! \nWeekend van camping\, tent camping as well as day pass tickets are available for vanlifers or the vanlife curious. Please note that camping tickets have sold out every year at our Florida event so we encourage you to get your tickets early! \nAll types of vehicles are welcome – vans\, RVs\, skoolies\, car camping\, spaceships and so on! We also have tent camping available! \nBe sure to check out our FAQs and read the details on the ticketing page before purchasing tickets \nBuy Tickets  \nAbout the Location \nHummingbird Ranch is a breathtaking 350 acre property about 2.5 hours south of the Denver metro area in Spanish Peaks Country. \nOur van village will be in the heart of the ranch with two van/RV campgrounds and another two tent camping meadows. The main Groovy Grove stage and Leafy Lounge with Tiki Bar will be nestled into the trees along with various tree hammocks for attendees to chill and enjoy the music. \nThe exhibitor area that we call Shakedown Street is close to everything and will feature industry-leading vendors and delicious eats. \nA giant geodesic dome will host morning yoga and workshops throughout the day. While you’re in the area enjoy the cool waters of the stream as it winds through the ranch and forms various pools of crystal clear water. \nAttendees can explore the greater wilderness areas outside the main village that is rich with wildlife including deer\, turkeys\, birds and abundant wildflowers. \nThis is a natural site with an epic Rocky Mountain vibe. SUMMARY:Delta Sonics featuring Ken Saydak
DESCRIPTION:The Delta Sonics Blues Band takes a Chicago Blues base and seasons it with Swing\, Delta\, N’awlins R&B and some early Rock n’ Roll. They’ve been playing in Colorado since 1992\, and have established themselves as one of the finest blues acts in the area with their solid musicianship and exciting live performances. \nAl Chesis supplies vocals & foot stomping showmanship but it’s his harmonica playing that grabs you. Al has played in Colorado since the mid-1980’s after moving to Denver from Washington\, D.C.  He has also done studio work for two PBS movie soundtracks and Denver area radio stations\, including KBCO\, KUVO and the FOX. Al has toured locally and nationally with Muddy Waters’ son Big Bill Morganfield\, appearing at venues in Canada\, Utah\, Florida and Wisconsin\, as well as at the prestigious Chicago Blues Festival in 2002.   He received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Colorado Blues Society in 2022. \nBob Pellegrino supplies the dazzling\, slide guitar. Bob was the Colorado Blues Society’s best slide guitar player in three years in a row.
