4th of July Fireworks at Lathrop State Park

Cap off Independence Day with a dazzling fireworks display reflecting over the water at Lathrop State Park, Colorado’s first state park, just west of Walsenburg.

Spread out a blanket along the shores of Martin and Horseshoe Lakes and watch the night sky come alive over the Spanish Peaks. A valid Colorado state parks pass or daily vehicle pass is required for park entry.
