Taking care of ourselves & others on hikes & in life can make all the difference AND be lots of fun. Come explore tips for staying hydrated; taking care of our feet (vital for happier hikes!); being cool enough on warm days & warm days & warm enough on cool days & more.
We will hike the Hogback Trail as Laura shares what works for her, including during her days hiking the Appalachian & North Cascade mountains. And, later in life, walking across the U.S.
